Herewith we have the pleasure to present you our factory which produces chair components.

Established in 1975, our factory can boast of years of experience in the production of office chair parts, and it has like basic aim the customer’s full satisfaction cooperating and making with them new items.

After many investments, today LIMA presents too its laser technology called PR (Rapid prototypation) and RT (Rapid Tooling/rapid prototypation of metal moulds). So LIMA is not only a leader of manufacturer technical chair components, but also an important “partner” in order to produce any kind of prototypes in a very short time.

First choise steel and high quality plastics are used in the production process. These materials, associated with advanced techniques, have permitted our products to pass numerous quality tests among these the most severe. Therefore our productive system has been certified UNI EN ISO 9001:2008.

As a result of years of research and through study L.I.M.A. can offer its clients a wide range of products, starting from base components like seat plates, seat sleds and back rests, frames to more complex and sophisticated products such as permanent contacts, synchron and asynchron mechanisms and in height adjustable armrests and headrests.

Established at the end of the year 2000 in a new head office with a area of 9000 mq., among Venice Padua and Treviso, L.I.M.A. is subdivided in various departments:

Productive area: pressing, bending, soldering, powder coating, plastic parts, tubular work production, Assembly and warehouses.

Offices: Commercial, purchasing/production, accounts, technical linked to the design 3D and with rapid prototyping.
