F.lli ROSSETTO, established in 1957, is a leading manufacturer in the sector of cold-cured polyurethane foams for seating furniture. We are specialized in the production of chairs, armchairs and sofas MOULDED with flexible POLYURETHANE ready for upholstery with fabric or leather and INTEGRAL POLYURETHANES.
The company, which is now run by the second generation of Rossetto, is located on an overall area of 40.000 M2 (20.000 M2 indoor) and employs 200 people.

Starting from a 3D file or a physical sample, we make the solid pattern (model) and tooling (mold / welding jigs), we design and produce the inner structure (either metal or rigid foam) and mold it over with the most suitable polyurethane system.
We offer 10 different polyurethane systems: from the flexible one (to be upholstered with fabric or leather) to the finished ones, structural and non-structural (which are different for softness, colors, technical specifications, density, touch, weight-bearing quality etc.).
