Zuiver B.V. was founded in 1998 by four childhood friends: Caroline van Velze, Richard Halberstadt, Arjen Lubbes and Jaap Landsaat. All grew up in the Zaanstreek region, north of Amsterdam. After gaining years of experience in designing, purchasing and selling furniture, we launched 4 brands: Zuiver in 2011, followed by Dutchbone in 2014, Bold Monkey in 2019 and Banne in 2020. On top of that, there also is a white label living collection.
Our collections are currently sold in more than 80 countries across 3 different continents.
In both 2018 and 2019, Zuiver B.V. received a ‘Gouden FD Gazellen award’ – the award for being part of the fastest growing Dutch companies.
Based in the Netherlands
Our global headquarters is based in Westzaan, 20 minutes from Amsterdam and Schiphol Airport. Here our enthusiastic employees, almost 90 now, work on all different aspects of our interior collections. Besides workplaces and our showrooms also a restaurant and even a gym are stored in the 5,000m2 building.
