Twins CRB is an exclusive and patented sandwich construction, thermobonded double layer with multiple functionalities. The inner part consists of an innovative mixture of polyester microfibers with advanced thermal characteristics, properties of water repellency, breathability and a feather-like soft touch; the outer one contains a special fiber with a high concentration of conducting and heat-generating carbon particles in the core. Twins Carbon delivers a unique and creative performance of repeated heat generation absorbing visible, ultraviolet and infrared rays.
INNER TWIN: a very soft filling made of last generation microfibers, with special water-repellent silicones, which composes an incredibly soft, lightweight and water resistant thermal core. The ultra-fine fibers create a tight collection of air pockets that trap body heat providing an excellent warmth-to-weight ratio; furthermore, creating a tight surface tension, don't allow water to pass through the padding. The insulation mimic the compressibility of goose down and is breathable, allowing moisture vapor to be transported through the fibers and away from the body.
OUTER TWIN: black heat-generating particles are kneaded into the cores of crb-carbon fiber to absorb and convert a wide range of frequencies of sunlight including ultraviolet light, visible light and infrared light into heat. CRB Carbon fiber offers excellent heat retention, even when used in linings and above fabric layers. While the visible rays of the sun are largely blocked by an outer shell layer (fabric or others), other types of rays - infrared ones - are able to penetrate inside.
