ambista is the global online business network and the largest B2B product search engine for the interiors industry. A digital communication and information platform for architects, interior designers, furniture manufacturers and suppliers.

Who has a profile on ambista?

Everyone who is active in the interiors industry can create a profile on ambista. In many cases, an ambista profile is included for exhibitors at the imm cologne, interzum, LivingKitchen and ORGATEC trade fairs and is already set up as a service provided by Koelnmesse.

In which languages is ambista available? How do I change the language?

ambista is available in German and English. If you are not logged in, the language can be changed using the appropriate button at the top of the ambista page. If you are logged in, go into your “My ambista” area and change the language in the “My ambista” menu, under “Settings”.

How can I contact other members?

To contact other members, you need to have an account. A free account is sufficient for this. In the other member’s profile, click on “Write a message”. You will be informed by e-mail when the contact responds on ambista.

How can I bookmark products, companies, contacts, marketplace entries or news?

To bookmark content, you need to have an account. A free account is sufficient for this. Simply click the heart symbol to create a bookmark. You will find your saved content in your “My ambista” area under “My bookmarks”.

How can I add entries on the marketplace?

To add marketplace entries, you need to have an account. A free account is sufficient for this. Go to your “My ambista” area and click on “My marketplace”. Here, you can create your offers and requests.

How do I unsubscribe from the newsletter?

If you no longer wish to receive our newsletter, click on the appropriate link in the newsletter.

I received ambista in connection with a trade fair. Where can I find my access data?

Before the start of the trade fair, you will receive an e-mail containing your registration information. If you have lost this information, please contact ambista Support at support@ambista.com or on +49 221 821 2651.

I can’t log into ambista, what should I do?

Questions about the maintenance of company profiles, products and employees

I can’t edit my company profile, why is that?

To edit the profile of your company, you must be registered as the contact person for your business. If this is not the case, please contact ambista Support at support@ambista.com or on +49 221 821 2651.

How do I edit the information in my company profile?

As the contact person for your business, you can complete or modify the data in your company profile by clicking on “My company” in your “My ambista” area, and editing your information here.

How do I add a logo?

As the contact person for your business, you can add a logo to your company profile by clicking on “My company” in your “My ambista” area, and clicking on the company image on the top right.

How do I add or edit products in my company profile?

As the contact person for your business, you can add products to your company profile by clicking on “My products” in your “My ambista” area, and inserting your products here. In this area, you can also edit your products.

How can I invite employees to join my company profile, or delete them from it?

As the contact person for your business, you can add staff to your company profile by clicking on “My company” in your “My ambista” area, and from there, select “Invite colleagues”. In this area, you can also remove former colleagues from your company profile.

An employee is already on ambista, but does not appear in my company profile.

Ask your colleague to select your company in his or her ambista user profile. You can encourage the person to do this, for example, via the messaging function on ambista.

Questions about tariffs, payment, terms and cancellation

What tariffs are available on ambista?

On ambista, there is a free account as well as the “Basic”, “Premium” and “Superior” accounts that carry a charge. With the free account, you cannot add any products. As a manufacturer or supplier, one of the payable tariffs is therefore recommended.

How do I change my tariff on ambista?

What payment options are available?

ambista accepts credit card and SEPA Direct Debit as means of payment.

What is the cancellation period on ambista?

If you received ambista in connection with a trade fair, the term automatically ends with the next trade fair. There is no need to give notice. In all other cases, the minimum term is 12 months and notice of cancellation must be given 4 weeks prior to the otherwise automatic renewal of the term.
