DZH-3 New automatic pocket-spring production line is professional equipment for producing pocket spring units. This mattress machine consists of a pocket spring coiling machine, spring assembling machine and spring packing machine. Firstly, pocket spring rows are produced by the pocket spring machine and then are transferred to the gluing system by connection system. After this the glue is extruded onto the spring rows and/or top and bottom non-woven fabric to make them a unit. When a unit is finished the machine automatically cuts the up and down non-woven fabric if used.
