Change contact person in the company profile
Go to "My company" in the "My ambista" section.
Then click on the grey pen icon at the top right. An input mask will open.
Scroll down to the bottom and click in the "Contact person" field.
Select the desired employee here.
Don't forget to save your profile change.
Please note: The company administrator can only change the contact person details, not those of the company administrator him-/herself. If you would like to make a change to the company administrator, please contact our customer services team by e-mailing firstname.lastname@example.org or by calling +49 221 821 2651. Our support staff will need the e-mail address as well as the full name and telephone number of the new company administrator. This information will only be used to establish contact in order to transfer the admin rights to the new administrator once his/her authority has been confirmed.
Please be aware that the contact person does not automatically have permission to edit products or the company profile. He/she merely appears as the contact person on the ambista company profile and will therefore probably receive more messages than other members of his/her company.
