Hennecke CLEARMELT production lines offer users an innovative and efficient plant design concept for an effective finish-coating of thermoplastic substrates with transparent PU systems in the RIM process. This allows users to achieve resistant and functional surface structures for various decorative applications and also, thermoplastic moulded parts can be combined directly with decorative films or veneer elements. The transparent PU system finish is applied in the same production cell.
