In the development of the TRAPA herringbone pattern, the focus was placed on floors that already adorned the palaces, castles and mansions in the 16th century, modernizing and bringing them into the 21st century. The design is based on 3 different herringbone patterns - Spigolo, Angolo and Obliquo - characterized by larger formats, different angles and modern TRAPA colors. Due to the brushed structure of the floorboards, which are laid in the herringbone pattern, the scattered light creates fascinating light and shadow play.
TRAPA floors do not become on the surface, but deeper - inside the Pores - treated with heat, pressure, lye & oil. This method allows the ingredients of the wood to react in a natural and ecologically sustainable way, creating beautiful, lasting shades from the inside that are sustainably protected from dirt and wear by natural oil. Thus, TRAPA floors become even more beautiful with the years of use!
All TRAPA laying patterns in color, structure and structure can be perfectly combined with the TRAPA planks and give the planner the suitable tool to revive the floor culture.
